The **Central Intelligence Agency** is a
|
|
[US](United_States_of_America "wikilink") agency official tasked with
|
|
"gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information from
|
|
around the world". In reality, the CIA acts as a wing of [US
|
|
Imperialism](Timeline_of_US_Imperialism "wikilink"), aiming to make the
|
|
world safe for US business interests by overthrowing governments that do
|
|
not subordinate themselves to US business.
|
|
|

## Timeline of Known Actions
|
|
|
|
### 1940s
|
|
|
|
- 1947: The CIA is created, it begins assisting the fascists in the
|
|
Greek Civil War.
|
|
- 1948: The CIA begins interfering in Italian elections to prevent a
|
|
communist victory.
|
|
- 1949: The CIA backs right-wing military coup to insure blocked
|
|
ARMACO pipeline can run through Syria.
|
|
- 1949: The CIA allegedly begins [Operation
|
|
Mockingbird](Operation_Mockingbird "wikilink"), aiming to manipulate
|
|
the US media, quickly gaining 400 journalists and 25 news companies
|
|
in their pocket.
|
|
|
|
### 1950s
|
|
|
|
- 1950: The CIA begins to support the
|
|
[Kuomingtang](Kuomingtang "wikilink") based in Myanmar after their
|
|
failure to win the [Chinese Civil
|
|
War](Chinese_Civil_War "wikilink"). Hoping to use the Kuomingtang to
|
|
destablise and overthrow Maoist China, the CIA helps support the
|
|
Kuomingtang's drug trafficking operation, which soon leads to a
|
|
large heroin ring and epidemic.
|
|
- 1953: The CIA overthrows the first democracy in the Middle East over
|
|
their efforts to nationalise British oil companies, [the new regime
|
|
commits numerous human rights abuses](Shah_Dictatorship "wikilink").
|
|

|
|
|
|
- 1993: The CIA begins to engage in extensive corporate espionage,
|
|
stealing patents and technologies from foreign companies to US ones
|
|
using all sorts of dirty and criminal tricks.
|
|
|
|
### 2000s
|
|
|
|
- 2004: The CIA sponsors a 'democratic revolution' in Ukraine to get
|
|
the country out of Russia's sphere of influence
|
|
- 2005: The CIA begins to try and destablise Iran by backing various
|
|
opposition groups and hacking and sabotaging the countries
|
|
electrical network.
|
|
- 2006: The CIA begins playing various warlords in Somalia off
|
|
each-other in order to destablise the highly successful union of
|
|
courts that slowly rebuilt the country.
|
|
- 2009: The CIA sponsors a coup to oust the left-leaning government in
|
|
Honduras. The military junta running things behind the scenes
|
|
conducts severe repression using death squads to murder political
|
|
opponents, union organizers, and journalists.
|
|
|
|
### 2010s
|
|
|
|
- 2011: The CIA exploits the [Arab Spring](Arab_Spring "wikilink") to
|
|
overthrow the Gaddafi regime in Libya in response to its efforts to
|
|
create an 'African Union' (or United States of Africa) that would be
|
|
able to resist US and European imperialism, in addition to take
|
|
Libya's vast oil and gold reserves. The area is now extremely
|
|
unsafe, with open-air slave markets and full of Islamic extremists.
|
|
- 2012: The CIA begins funding and supporting the rebels in the
|
|
[Syrian Civil War](Syrian_Civil_War "wikilink") in order to
|
|
destablise the government, allowing for the construction of an oil
|
|
pipeline and lots of reconstruction money.
|
|
- 2013: The CIA attempts to overthrow the government of Venezuela
|
|
- 2014: The CIA overthrows the government of Ukraine and starts
|
|
supporting armed militias in the war against Russia, including
|
|
several neo-nazi groups.
|
|
- 2015: The CIA attempts to overthrow the government of Venezuela
|
|
- 2016: The CIA overthrows the government of Brazil.
|
|
- 2016: The CIA overthrows the government of South Africa.
