The **Chinese Protest Wave of 2007 to 2014** was a [wave of strikes and
protests](Revolutionary_Wave "wikilink") that hit
[China](China "wikilink") from
[2007](Timeline_of_Libertarian_Socialism_in_Eastern_Asia "wikilink") to
[2013](Revolutions_of_2010_-_2015 "wikilink") over issues of workers'
rights, racial discrimination, environmental protection and government
corruption. Hong Kong-based China's Labour Bulletin records 2,582
strikes during this period.
